Join me in my life of a regular Singaporean. Where there is nothing to do but shop and eat.
I am a 25 year old fresh IT grad searching for a career in a highly competitive market.
At the moment I spend most of my life in front of my laptop.
The internet is my currency to the world while I have none to spare ($$$).
Read my thoughts and opinion. My triumphs and my breakdowns.
I do not seek to inspire or beg to be praised.
Simply my honest takes and I am all there is.

.::Sunday Out::.

[typing entry while toggling between sorting out emails...i'm an octopus!]

...

Ooh Wee!
I've been out of the house since eleven-thirty am
Been to Tajwid class at Jamiyah Business School, finished at one pm
Then took 26 straight to my great-grandparents' house at Toa Payoh
Wanted to stay over there for break fast
Been quite awhile since i've paid them a visit (what more with my great-grandfather going in and out of hospital lately due to his chest pains ... i feel pretty bad)
Bought three packets of murtabak on the way for break fast later
I reached their house at two-thirty pm...

[emails sorting...complete]

My little 'Z-squared' cousins (Zaki,6 & Zahid, 4) were coming too!
Oh, i miss them so, those adorable little Ultraman fanatics
And of course with their parents, my Bik Suria and Paman Hidir
And then there's Bik Inah and husband, Paman Irwan
And last but not least, my beloved Nyai (grandma; maternal)
And my sister Liza came with my brother Zaidi from home
(All of the above reached after five pm)
They all came along to break fast together with my much delighted and aged great-grandparents

Some missing people there huh? Well...
My mom had to stay home for my Nenek (grandma; paternal), my other sister Syasya is sick and my dad had his Imam obligations for the neighbourhood Surau (prayer facilites) for Terawih prayers
Actually Dad used to be Bilal (prayer leader, Second Important Person)
Since our Imam (prayer leader, First Important Person) recently passed away last Friday, now my dad is Imam
That explains why half my family is not at the gathering...

It's so nice to have alot of family members under one roof every once in awhile :D

And darling, looking forward to our Hari Raya Bazaar trip tomorrow
It brings me to the dear memories of our past years' similar event
Which i will never forget, honey

Ok it's almost twelve-thirty am now
Better go pick up my stuffs for tomorrow and sleep
Oh and i feel SO thirsty from all the activities inspite of fasting today
I could gulp several glasses of warm water now
Yummy!

Happy Fasting Oh Fellow Muslim Brothers & Sisters!
